Kids Child Yoga Classes
Kids Yoga allows children to develop balance, co-ordination, flexibility and strength, increase their ability to with deal with the stressors of life, improve focus and a calm mind, improve self-awareness and to learn to rest and relax deeper. A typical class consists of warm ups, yoga postures, a game, relaxation, and meditation. The class is adapted to suit the needs of each age group.
Here are some feedback I’ve have received from people about how the yoga has benefited kids:
-They seem more calm and relaxed during the day after yoga session,
-They are more focused on their tasks and activities for a longer period of time
-They are generally more happy and excited and have much higher self-esteem,
-They sleep better and manage emotions better
-They are able to manage their anger in a better way using simple breathing techniques
-They look forward to the classes as it unable them to just BE
