The trouble is, you think you have time to be happy, tomorrow, next year, or in future years.
The trouble is, you think you have time, and you don't.
All we have is here and now to be happy. To live, to laugh and to love. We think we have time, to be happy and love in the future, so we allow anxiety and overwhelm to take hold in the present.
It's time to reclaim our lives. We don't know when an accident or illness can claim our lives. What are we really striving for in life? I feel the answer to that is love, joy, peace and harmony. We find this through a balance caring for ourselves, and caring for others.
Yesterday, I found out a friend from school passed away from cancer. Life has been given a different perspective.
Today is also Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day. In 2010, a miscarriage gave life a different perspective.
