How many of you try to be perfect? We can be aiming for perfection and putting massive pressure on ourselves with out realising it. Neroli essential oil helps us when we feel like we have no choice to feeling like we can have a choice. Sometimes, we can be so caught up in trying to get something right, trying to get everything right, that we feel we have no choice. When we feel we have no choice, we don’t have room to manoeuvre.
